Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Traveller-Initiated Cancellations

We understand plans change. Our standard refund structure based on days before departure is as follows:

• 30+ days prior to departure: 90% refund of the total package cost (or 100% credit voucher valid for 1 year).
• 15 to 29 days prior to departure: 70% refund of total package cost (or 85% credit voucher).
• 7 to 14 days prior to departure: 40% refund of total package cost.
• Less than 7 days prior to departure: No refund, as permits, vehicles, and mountain stays are pre-booked.

2. Trip Cancellation by Trek On

If Trek On cancels a departure due to insufficient minimum group size, 100% of the booking amount will be promptly refunded to your original payment method, or transferred to another available departure date of your choice.

3. Weather & Natural Disasters

If a trip is disrupted or called off mid-way due to extreme sudden weather, roadblocks, or natural disasters, no cash refund is provided for the days already executed. Any unutilized stay/transport components will be credited as a voucher for future travel.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer or original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. For refund requests, email ads@digitech.com with your booking reference.
